(Continuation news of AIL): The fund raised through private placement from different banks, insurance, NBFI, Corporate and high net worth individual shall be used for the purpose of acquisition of a company, to payoff bank liabilities of that acquiree company, purchase of machineries for the acquiree company, working capital finance for the acquirer company, and to bear the expense of issuance of the bond.
