NAV per share was Tk. 21.79 as on September 30, 2022 and Tk. 22.20 as on June 30, 2022. The company has also informed the Board of Directors has decided that the Special resolution that was approved by the shareholders in the 28th AGM is proposed to be amended by the following ways and shall be placed (cont.1)
