Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 18.05.2023 regarding BSEC's consent for time extension for subscription of AIL Convertible Bond, the Company has further informed that BSEC has accorded its consent for extending the validity of the subscription of "AIL Convertible Bond" worth of BDT 300 crore for another 6 (six) months up to November 25, 2023.
