Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.05.2022 and 08.06.2023 regarding AIL Convertible Bond worth of BDT 300 crore, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) through its letter dated October 08, 2024 has cancelled the "AIL Convertible Bond" worth of BDT 300 crore, which was consented vide letter dated May 26, 2022.
