(Continuation news of AL-HAJTEX): As regards to non-charging interest and non-recording the excess amount of loan as claimed by the bank the legal advisor of the company has certified that since the further proceeding of the Artha Rin case has been stayed by the Hon'ble court as such any transaction in connection with the loan including charging interest upon the loan without prior permission of the Hon'ble court is violation of the court order and as such illegal (note-14.03).
