The auditor of the company has given the following 'Emphasis of Matter' paragraph in the audit report of the company prepared for the year ended on 30 June 2016. Emphasis of Matter: We draw attention to notes 7.01, 15.01, 15.02, 15.03, 19.04, 31.02 and 41 to the financial statements which describe the uncertainty related to the outcome of the lawsuit filed against the company by the bank and against the bank and others by the company. Our opinion is not qualified in respect of this matter.
