With reference to their earlier price sensitive news which was disseminated in DSE website on 30.01.2014, the company has further informed that, as per item number 1 of the said news, a writ petition (no. 5129) was conducted in the year 2009 where a verdict was made on 20.01.2014. According to that verdict, Agrani Bank limited has deposited Tk. 8,11,25,002 (including both principal and interest) in the current account of the company of Ishwardi Branch out of the company's total claim of Tk. 52,56,09,375.
