With reference of latest development (Judgement order) of writ petition no- 5129 of 2009 in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh (Appellate Division) dated 20.01.2014 and the Company's earlier letters dated 12.04.2010, 28.02.2011 and 22.01.2012, the Company has further informed the following: 1) As per Civil Petition for Leave to Appeal No. 401 of 2012, the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh was pleased to dispose off the matter with the observation that "The leave-petitioner is directed to pay interest on the FDR as per on the rate of interest applicable to long term FDR within 1 (one) month of the availability of the certified copy of this order"; 2) Bank (Agrani Bank) has filed Artha Rin Suit no-89/13 in the Court of (cont.)
