(Continuation news of AL-HAJTEX): nomination of independent directors by BSEC and secured a stay order for six months. However, the stay order was declared vacated by the appellate division. The vacated stay order means the BSEC's decision on nomination/appointment of independent directors in the board of directors of the company remains upheld.
