With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 04.04.2016) regarding EGM to increase Paid up capital by issuing additional shares to ICD, the Company has further informed that EGM which is supposed to be held on May 17, 2016 for approval of Agreement (Term Sheet), has been stayed by the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh by an Order dated April 10, 2016 for a period of 8 weeks.
