Alhajj Mohammad Haroon, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed his transfer of total 27,00,000 shares of the Company to his daughter and sons namely, Rukshana Mumtaz Hussain (9,00,000 shares), Akther Hussain (9,00,000 shares) and Akram Hussain (9,00,000 shares) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as announced earlier.
