Alhajj Mohammad Haroon, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer total 27,00,000 shares out of his total holdings of 2,17,49,599 shares of the Company to his daughter and sons namely, Rukshana Mumtaz Hussain (9,00,000 shares), Akther Hussain (9,00,000 shares) and Akram Hussain (9,00,000 shares) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
