(approx.) floor (1st floor) area with proportionate land (2.25 decimal) at Kuti Bazar, Kashba, B. Baria @ Tk. 5,000.00 per sft. totaling Tk. 2,57,62,500.00 including registration cost (Price of Floor Space Tk. 2,25,00,000.00 + Registration Cost Tk. 32,62,500.00) subject to obtaining approval from Bangladesh Bank.
