ALARABANK Corporate Disclosure — 5 September 2022

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 16.05.2022 regarding issuance of AIBL 4th Mudaraba Subordinated Bond, the Company further informed that BSEC has accorded its consent to Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited for raising of capital through issuance of AIBL 4th Mudaraba Subordinated Bond amounting to BDT 500.00 crore only through private placement in cash consideration. The consent has been accorded subject to compliance of relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

AIBL 4র্থ মুদারাবা অধীনস্থ বন্ড ইস্যু করার বিষয়ে 16.05.2022 তারিখে DSE দ্বারা প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদটি পড়ুন, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে BSEC আল-আরাফাহ ইসলামী ব্যাংক লিমিটেডকে AIBL 4র্থ মুদারাবা অধীনস্থ বন্ড ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে মূলধন সংগ্রহের জন্য তার সম্মতি দিয়েছে। নগদ বিবেচনায় প্রাইভেট প্লেসমেন্টের মাধ্যমে মাত্র 500.00 কোটি টাকা। প্রাসঙ্গিক আইন এবং নিয়ন্ত্রক প্রয়োজনীয়তা সম্মতি সাপেক্ষে সম্মতি প্রদান করা হয়েছে.
