ALARABANK Corporate Disclosure — 26 May 2025

(cont. news of ALARABANK): the Board of Directors held on May 25, 2025 at 3.30 PM due to following reasons: "On presentation of the Financial Statements at 237th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of the Bank held on 25.05.2025 at 10.30 AM, the committee suggested to modify some issues of the Financial Statements as per International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS). It has been decided to re-present the Financial Statements at the next meeting (cont.2)

(আলারাবাঙ্কের চলমান সংবাদ): ২৫ মে, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ৩.৩০ মিনিটে পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয় নিম্নলিখিত কারণে: "২৫.০৫.২০২৫ তারিখে সকাল ১০.৩০ মিনিটে অনুষ্ঠিত ব্যাংকের বোর্ড অডিট কমিটির ২৩৭তম সভায় আর্থিক বিবরণী উপস্থাপনের পর, কমিটি আন্তর্জাতিক আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন মান (IFRS) অনুসারে আর্থিক বিবরণীর কিছু বিষয় সংশোধন করার পরামর্শ দেয়। পরবর্তী সভায় আর্থিক বিবরণী পুনরায় উপস্থাপন করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে (অবিলম্বে)"
