(Continuation news of ALIF): and upon completion of the amalgamation, Alif Industries Ltd. (AIL) shall be the surviving entity. The approval is subject to requisite approval of the scheme of amalgamation by the banks, other creditors and shareholders of the company and other stakeholders and sanction of the scheme of amalgamation by the Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
