(Continuation news of ALLTEX): which may cast significant doubt upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern though there is some adverse results reflected in various indications of financial position per performance of the company. It is pertinent to mention here that during the year 2018-2019 the company management decided to establish a footwear manufacturing unit to increase revenue.
