Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 03.12.2018 regarding inserting two object clauses in the Memorandum of Association, the Company has further informed that the objects clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company has been amended with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) upon obtaining permission from high court division of the supreme court of Bangladesh.
