(Continuation news of ALLTEX): there is some adverse results reflected in various indications of financial position and performance of the company. It is pertinent to mention here that during the year 2018-2019 the company management decided to establish a footwear manufacturing unit to increase revenue. Accordingly an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) was called to amend Memorandum of Association of the company by inserting new objects clause. (cont.4)
