(Continuation news of ALLTEX): Subsequently the company obtained permission from Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh to establish a footwear manufacturing project. Pursuant to the said order the company amended the objects clause of the Memorandum of Association as well as the trade license. The company also obtained requisite registration from Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) and hope to obtain bond license very soon. (cont.5)
