(Continuation news of ALLTEX): Quantification of the penalty could not be made due to the period of non-submission is not known to us; During the period the entity paid gratuity amounting Tk. 125,783 which include in salaries and allowances, but the entity didn't maintain provision for gratuity as per IAS-19. As well as it is required as per section 19, 20 and 22 of Labor Law 2006. (end)
