The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on December 06, 2023 has decided to acquire reconditioned textile dyeing and finishing machinery for production of knitting fabrics to produce inner wear. The purchase price of the machine will be borne from company's own sources. (cont.)
