(Continuation news of AMBEEPHA): the company filed an application to the Hon'ble High Court for condonation of default for not holding the AGM in time. On hearing the petition, the Hon'ble High Court in its' verdict has accepted the condonation petition and directed the company to hold the AGM within eight weeks on receipt of the copy of verdict.
