(Continuation news of AMBEEPHA): As per section 234 (b) of Labour Act, 2006 the company should pay the amount to the WPF & WWF not later than nine months from the end of the respective year. Incase of failure penalty as per section 236 may be imposed. However, for utilization of the fund the company provided interest as per section 240. 2. As disclosed in note # 17.02, the company has shown Tk. 1,916,358 as Payable to Provident Fund. (cont.2)
