The Company has informed that cash dividend for the year ended on 30.06.18 will be credited to individual bank accounts of the shareholders on 17.01.19. Dividend for the shareholders, having shares in folio, will be distributed on 20.01.19 from the registered office of the company at PRAN Centre, Ga-105/1, Middle Badda, Dhaka-1212 from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm. Uncollected dividend warrants by investors (shares in folio) within the mentioned time would be mailed to their respective addresses from 21.01.19.
