The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved an expansion plan for increasing the production by 2,417 MT per annum requiring an additional investment of BDT 27.37 crores (including working capital requirement of BDT 2.00 crores). The Board was further informed of receiving sanction letter (dated May 23, 2021) from DESCO for an additional power supply of 1 MW that will support the expansion. (cont. 1)
