The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on December 23, 2023 has decided to issue Bond of BDT 50,00,00,000 out of which 90% Convertible and 10% Non-Convertible Redeemable Coupon-Bearing Bond for the period of 5 (five) years, subject to the approval of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and other relevant regulatory bodies, if needed.
