(Continuation news of AOL): The Company has also informed that the Board of Directors has decided to increase Authorized Share Capital of the Company from Tk. 250,00,00,000.00 to Tk. 400,00,00,000.00 divided into 40,00,00,000 ordinary shares of Tk. 10.00 each subject to the approval of shareholders in the EGM by amending Clause V of Memorandum of Association and Article 6 of Articles of Association of the company.
