As per consent of BSEC, trading of the shares shall be suspended from 07.11.2019 and 11.11.2019, Trading of the shares of the Company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transactions will also be settled as per Spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 06.11.2019 and 12.11.2019 instead of 06.11.2019 to 07.11.2019. Trading of the shares of the Company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 13.11.2019 instead of 11.11.2019.
