APEXFOODS Corporate Disclosure — 30 April 2024

(Cont. news of APEXFOODS): Prolong Russia-Ukraine war & recent Israel-Gaza conflict as a result continue demand declined & price fall, they bound to ship at a lower price. Net operating cash flows per share Tk. 6.14 for the nine months' period ended on 31st March 2024 but it was Tk. 63.82 for the same period of last year, this is mainly for decrease in collection from revenue during the period, however the scenario is changeable time to time depending on different issues.
