The Company has further informed that 7,24,900 shares of Late Mrs. Niloufer Manzur, General Shareholder of the company, have been completed among her successors as per succession certificate issued by the Honorable Court in the following manner (1) 1,81,225 shares to her husband Mr. Syed Manzur Elahi, Sponsor Director; (2) 3,62,450 shares to her son Mr. Syed Nasim Manzur, Sponsor Director and (3) 1,81,225 shares to her daughter Ms. Munize Manzur, Director of the company.
