Apex Enterprises Limited (where Mr. Syed Nasim Manzur is the Managing Director of Apex Enterprises Limited and Sponsor Director of Apex Footwear Limited), has expressed its intention to sell 5,90,625 shares of the Company at prevailing market price (in the Public Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.
