(Continuation news of APEXFOOT): The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 11.70, NAV per share of Tk. 252.95 and NOCFPS of Tk. 32.93 for the year ended June 30, 2022 as against Tk. 8.92, Tk. 244.58 and Tk. 145.24 respectively for the same period of the previous year. Disclosure on recommendation of stock dividend: i) Stock dividend has been recommended in view to utilize its retained amount as paid-up capital for improving the capital adequacy of the Company.
