The company has informed that the Board of Directors has accepted and approved the land revaluation report assessed by Malek Siddiqui Wali, Chartered Accountants. This revaluation was based on the audited financial statements of the company as on June 30, 2023. The summary of the valuation of the land is given below: Particulars: All existing land of Apex Footwear Ltd., Net Book Value: Tk. 1,443,623,800.00, Present Market Value: Tk. 5,126,400,000.00 and Revaluation surplus: Tk. 3,682,776,200.00.
