(Cont. News of APEXFOOT): Disclosure on recommendation of stock dividend: i. Stock dividend has been recommended in view to utilize its retained amount as paid-up capital for improving the capital adequacy of the Company. ii. Stock dividend has been declared out of accumulated profit. and iii. Stock dividend has not been declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or out of profit earned prior to incorporation of the Company (cont.2)

(APEXFOOT-এর চলমান সংবাদ): স্টক লভ্যাংশের সুপারিশের প্রকাশ: i. কোম্পানির মূলধন পর্যাপ্ততা উন্নত করার জন্য পরিশোধিত মূলধন হিসাবে তার রক্ষিত পরিমাণ ব্যবহারের জন্য স্টক লভ্যাংশ সুপারিশ করা হয়েছে। ii. সঞ্চিত মুনাফা থেকে স্টক লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। এবং iii. কোম্পানির অন্তর্ভুক্তির আগে মূলধন রিজার্ভ বা পুনর্মূল্যায়নের রিজার্ভ বা কোনও অবাঞ্ছিত লাভ বা অর্জিত মুনাফা থেকে স্টক লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করা হয়নি (অবিলম্বে 2)
