The auditor of the Apex Spinning & Knitting Mills Limited has given the "Emphasis of matters" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Emphasis of matters: Auditor's draw attention to the note nos. 40-41 wherein the basis for restatement has been described in respect of opening balance as on July 01, 2020 for the forfeited amount of the employer's contribution to the provident fund in its annual financial statements.
