APEXTANRY Corporate Disclosure — 8 November 2023

The auditor of the company has given the "Other matter" paragraph in the Auditor's Report of the company for the year ended June 30, 2023. "Other Matter: In reference the section 234 of Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006 (amended 2013), the company shall maintain a workers' welfare fund by retaining 10% WPPF. But the company paid whole amount of WPPF. Due to non-materiality of the balances our report is not qualified in above respect."

কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষক 30 জুন, 2023 তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষকের প্রতিবেদনে "অন্যান্য বিষয়" অনুচ্ছেদ দিয়েছেন। "অন্যান্য বিষয়: বাংলাদেশ শ্রম আইন, 2006 (সংশোধিত 2013) এর ধারা 234 এর রেফারেন্সে কোম্পানি 10% WPPF ধরে রেখে একটি শ্রমিক কল্যাণ তহবিল বজায় রাখবে। কিন্তু কোম্পানি WPPF-এর পুরো পরিমাণ পরিশোধ করেছে। ব্যালেন্সের অ-বস্তুত্বের কারণে আমাদের প্রতিবেদনটি উপরোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে যোগ্য নয়।"
