APSCLBOND Record Date Disclosure

The Trustee of APSCL Non-Convertible and Fully Redeemable Coupon Bearing Bond has approved Coupon rate 5.25% of the Bond for the fourth year second half period from July 05, 2023 to January 04, 2024. Record Date for entitlement of Coupon rate of the Bond: 04.01.2024. Only those investors whose names are included in the CDBL on the record date will be entitled to the above coupons. Note that bond holders will get 1st Principal Payment i.e. 25% refund according to Record Date.

APSCL নন-কনভার্টেবল এবং সম্পূর্ণ রিডিমেবল কুপন বিয়ারিং বন্ডের ট্রাস্টি 05 জুলাই, 2023 থেকে 04 জানুয়ারী, 2024 পর্যন্ত চতুর্থ বছরের দ্বিতীয়ার্ধ সময়ের জন্য বন্ডের 5.25% কুপন রেট অনুমোদন করেছে। বন্ডের কুপন হারের এনটাইটেলমেন্টের রেকর্ড তারিখ : ০৪.০১.২০২৪। শুধুমাত্র সেইসব বিনিয়োগকারী যাদের নাম রেকর্ড তারিখে CDBL-এ অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হয়েছে তারাই উপরের কুপনের অধিকারী হবেন। নোট করুন যে বন্ড হোল্ডাররা 1ম প্রিন্সিপাল পেমেন্ট পাবেন অর্থাৎ রেকর্ড তারিখ অনুযায়ী 25% ফেরত পাবেন।
