APSCLBOND Corporate Disclosure — 10 January 2024

Ashuganj Power Station Company Ltd. has informed that as per the condition of Section XVI of Information Memorandum (IM) of APSCLBOND, the principal redemptions will be in 04 (four) trances, each trance being 25% of the principal amount commencing at the end of year-4 from the date of the issuance. Accordingly, the first principal redemption (25%) of this bond shall be started from January 2024 guided by IM and decision of the trustee of APSCLBOND-ICB Capital Management Ltd. (cont.)

আশুগঞ্জ পাওয়ার স্টেশন কোম্পানি লিমিটেড জানিয়েছে যে APSCLBOND-এর ইনফরমেশন মেমোরেন্ডাম (IM)-এর ধারা XVI-এর শর্ত অনুযায়ী, মূল রিডেম্পশনগুলি 04 (চার) ট্রান্সে হবে, প্রতিটি ট্রান্স শেষে শুরু হওয়া মূল পরিমাণের 25%। ইস্যু করার তারিখ থেকে বছর-4 এর। তদনুসারে, এই বন্ডের প্রথম মূল খালাস (25%) জানুয়ারি 2024 থেকে শুরু হবে IM দ্বারা পরিচালিত এবং APSCLBOND-ICB ক্যাপিটাল ম্যানেজমেন্ট লিমিটেডের ট্রাস্টির সিদ্ধান্তে (চলবে)
