APSCLBOND Corporate Disclosure — 6 January 2025

Ashuganj Power Station Company Ltd., issuer of APSCLBOND, has informed that as per the condition of Section XVI of Information Memorandum (IM) of APSCLBOND, the principal redemptions will be in 04 (four) trances, each trance being 25% of the principal amount commencing at the end of year-4 from the date of the issuance. Accordingly, the second principal redemption (25%) of this bond shall be started from January 2025 in compliance with IM (cont.)

APSCLBOND এর ইস্যুকারী আশুগঞ্জ পাওয়ার স্টেশন কোম্পানি লিমিটেড জানিয়েছে যে APSCLBOND-এর ইনফরমেশন মেমোরেন্ডাম (IM)-এর ধারা XVI-এর শর্ত অনুযায়ী, মূল খালাস 04 (চার) ট্রান্সে হবে, প্রতিটি ট্রান্স মূলের 25% ইস্যু করার তারিখ থেকে বছর-4-এর শেষে শুরু হওয়া পরিমাণ। তদনুসারে, এই বন্ডের দ্বিতীয় প্রধান খালাস (25%) জানুয়ারী 2025 থেকে IM এর সাথে সম্মতিতে শুরু হবে (চলবে)
