APSCLBOND Record Date Disclosure

The Trustee of APSCL Non-Convertible and Fully Redeemable Coupon Bearing Bond has approved the Coupon rate of the Bond for the 6th year 1st half period from 05 January 2025 to 04 July 2025. Approved Coupon Rate: 10.50% Annually (5.25% payable half yearly). Record Date for entitlement of Coupon rate of the Bond: 07 July 2025. In determining the 1st half-yearly coupon (10th coupon) of the 6th year, the face value of each unit bond will be considered as 2,500.00 Taka.

APSCL নন-কনভার্টেবল এবং ফুলি রিডিমেবল কুপন বেয়ারিং বন্ডের ট্রাস্টি ০৫ জানুয়ারী ২০২৫ থেকে ০৪ জুলাই ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত ষষ্ঠ বছরের প্রথম অর্ধকালীন সময়ের জন্য বন্ডের কুপন হার অনুমোদন করেছেন। অনুমোদিত কুপন হার: বার্ষিক ১০.৫০% (৫.২৫% অর্ধ-বার্ষিক প্রদেয়)। বন্ডের কুপন হার পাওয়ার রেকর্ড তারিখ: ০৭ জুলাই ২০২৫। ষষ্ঠ বছরের প্রথম অর্ধ-বার্ষিক কুপন (দশম কুপন) নির্ধারণের সময়, প্রতিটি ইউনিট বন্ডের অভিহিত মূল্য ২,৫০০.০০ টাকা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
