The Board of Directors has recommended 50% interim cash dividend based on audited financial statements for the 12 months ended 31st December, 2015. The Board has also decided to extend its financial year to 18 months ending on 30th June 2016 to comply with the Finance Act 2015. Accordingly the AGM of 2016 will be held after completing its 18 months, i.e. after June 2016. Record Date: 26.05.2016. (cont.)
