ARAMIT Corporate Disclosure — 20 August 2023

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has decided to invest BDT 6,25,00,000.00 in the share capital of the proposed Digital Bank namely 'UPAY Digital Bank PLC' as a sponsor shareholder subject to receiving approval from the Regulatory Authorities. The proposed digital bank's initial paid-up capital is 125.00 Crore wherein the company will subscribe 5% in the share capital of the proposed digital bank.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছ থেকে অনুমোদন পাওয়ার সাপেক্ষে 'UPAY ডিজিটাল ব্যাংক PLC' নামে একটি স্পনসর শেয়ারহোল্ডার হিসেবে প্রস্তাবিত ডিজিটাল ব্যাংকের শেয়ার মূলধনে 6,25,00,000.00 টাকা বিনিয়োগ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। . প্রস্তাবিত ডিজিটাল ব্যাংকের প্রাথমিক পরিশোধিত মূলধন হল 125.00 কোটি যেখানে কোম্পানিটি প্রস্তাবিত ডিজিটাল ব্যাংকের শেয়ার মূলধনের 5% সাবস্ক্রাইব করবে।
