ARAMITCEM Corporate Disclosure — 23 July 2025

The company has informed that the management has decided to suspend the production of its product "Camel Brand Cement" due to current financial performance of the Company, shortage of raw materials, severe fund crisis, limitations to opening L/C and market condition that affected the Company's production line with retrospective effect from 10th July 2025.

কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির বর্তমান আর্থিক কর্মক্ষমতা, কাঁচামালের ঘাটতি, তীব্র তহবিল সংকট, খোলার ঋণপত্রের সীমাবদ্ধতা এবং বাজারের পরিস্থিতির কারণে কোম্পানির উৎপাদন লাইনকে প্রভাবিত করে এমন পরিস্থিতির কারণে ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃপক্ষ তাদের পণ্য "ক্যামেল ব্র্যান্ড সিমেন্ট" এর উৎপাদন ১০ জুলাই ২০২৫ থেকে স্থগিত রাখার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।
