The Company has sent minutes of its 3rd EGM held on April 24, 2014 to DSE, from which it has been revealed that the shareholders of the Company have resolved as a special resolution that the authorized capital of the Company be increased from Tk. 100.00 crore to Tk. 150.00 crore as well as necessary amendments shall be made to Clause V of the Memorandum of Association and Article 5 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
