Mr. Abul Bashar Chowdhury, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer 9,41,293 shares out of his holdings 18,82,793 shares of the Company to his Daughter Ms. Rubaiya Tasnim Chowdhury, General Shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within October 31, 2022 from the date of issuance of approval letter by CSE.
