Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 30.04.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the 24th AGM of the company which was scheduled to be held on July 22, 2024 at 12:00 noon through virtually by using digital platform has been postponed due to unexpected downfall of internet services all over the country. The date and time of the forthcoming 24th AGM(virtual) will be notified later in due course.
