ASIAINS Record Date Disclosure

The company has requested the shareholders to update their respective BO Account with 12 digits Taxpayer's Identification Number (e-TIN) through their respective Depository Participant (DP) before the 'Record Date'. If anyone fails to update e-TIN in BO Account before the Record Date, disbursement of respective dividend will be subject to deduction of Advance Income Tax (AIT) @ 15% instead of @ 10% (Individual).

কোম্পানিটি শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের 'রেকর্ড ডেট'-এর আগে তাদের নিজ নিজ ডিপোজিটরি পার্টিসিপেন্ট (ডিপি) এর মাধ্যমে ১২ সংখ্যার করদাতার শনাক্তকরণ নম্বর (ই-টিআইএন) সহ তাদের নিজ নিজ বিও অ্যাকাউন্ট আপডেট করার জন্য অনুরোধ করেছে। যদি কেউ রেকর্ড ডেটের আগে বিও অ্যাকাউন্টে ই-টিআইএন আপডেট করতে ব্যর্থ হন, তাহলে সংশ্লিষ্ট লভ্যাংশ বিতরণের ক্ষেত্রে ১০% (ব্যক্তিগত) এর পরিবর্তে ১৫% হারে অগ্রিম আয়কর (এআইটি) কর্তন করা হবে।
