The auditor of the Asia Pacific General Insurance Co. Ltd. has given the "Emphasis of matters" paragraph on the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021. Emphasis of Matters: The company has reported a Share Investment Fluctuation Reserve Fund for the accumulated losses arising on the Investment in Shares and presented it as sundry creditors under current liability.
