ASIAPACINS Corporate Disclosure — 12 November 2025

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Asia Pacific General Insurance PLC' instead of 'Asia Pacific General Insurance Company Limited' with effect from November 13, 2025. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) কোম্পানির প্রস্তাবিত নাম পরিবর্তন অনুমোদন করেছে। সেই অনুযায়ী, ১৩ নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ থেকে কোম্পানির নাম 'এশিয়া প্যাসিফিক জেনারেল ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি লিমিটেড' এর পরিবর্তে 'এশিয়া প্যাসিফিক জেনারেল ইন্স্যুরেন্স পিএলসি' হবে। অন্যান্য তথ্য (নাম ছাড়া) অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
